MANAGEMENT FEES WILL BE INTRODUCED FROM JANUARY 2009
These fees must be paid prior to commencement of the initial period of the student’s accommodation. Where the student’s period of initial accommodation is more than twelve months the fee is payable annually.
Students staying with a family for six months: $250.00
Students staying with a family for twelve months: $500.00
If the student extends their initial six or twelve month period of accommodation then an additional fee is also payable. The fee will be $250.00 for up to six months and $500.00 for more than six months and up to twelve months additional period of accommodation.
